Florida State University Libraries is dedicated to empowering the university community by providing access to premier news and research resources. Recently, FSU Libraries expanded its offerings to include complimentary access to The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.

“The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal are the foremost newspapers of record, offering a broad spectrum of views and topics,” said Trip Wyckoff, entrepreneurial outreach librarian. “Faculty at FSU can always find engaging articles to enhance classroom discussions, while students can deepen their knowledge with the newspapers’ extensive apps.”

The recent addition of new database resources, along with other initiatives, underscores FSU Library’s commitment to enhancing access to essential tools and information for students, faculty and staff.

“These are invaluable resources for students’ personal growth. Major articles from both newspapers can bring any subject into sharp focus and provide real-world context for FSU’s academic community.”

These tools are crucial for exploring current events, journalism, business, economics and numerous other academic disciplines, providing a wealth of information and diverse perspectives that can enhance research, support coursework and keep the community informed about global and national topics.
