Francisco Sanchez, U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, addresses Florida State University graduates during the Spring 2012 commencement ceremonies. Sanchez is a two-time graduate of FSU, receiving his bachelor’s degree in 1982, and his J.D. from Florida State’s College of Law in 1986. (April 28, 2012)
