The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Florida State University (OLLI at FSU) is designed for people over the age of 50 who want to continue their education in a stress free environment. OLLI at FSU announced it has received a $1 million endowment from the Bernard Osher Foundation for its outstanding program. On the other side of campus, FSU’s Habitat for Humanity hosted the ‘Seminole Shack Showdown,’ a four-day event in which student organizations advocated against homelessness by building their own wooden shacks and ‘living’ in them.
